Welcome to Güttengarden Art Camp!
Güttengarden Art Camp (GAC) is a week long Summer Camp program geared towards grade school children that’ll be held at Guttenberg Arts’ backyard Community Garden this summer. Campers will take part in activities that include drawing, painting and a variety of other 2D and 3D projects as well as learning about planting and growing flowers and vegetables.
The workshops will make the day fly by and teach a mixture of artistic disciplines and sustainable planting and growing techniques. The creative workshops will include butterfly mono-prints, clay signs for the garden, hand building clay planters, investigating shapes in nature, plant identification, creature creation and observational botanical drawing.
Dates (Mon. Through Fri.):
Week 1: July 6th - 10th
Week 2: July 13th - 17th
Week 3: July 20th - 24th
Week 4: July 27th - 31st
Price: $412.25 per week
Time: 10am - 3pm (All Classes will be held outside)
Ages: 6 - 12 years old
Class size will be limited to 10 Students
Scholarship availability is to be determined and depends on grant funding currently in progress. Families who express interest will be contacted as soon as updates are available.
Scholarships & Financial Assistance
We are currently seeking grant funding to support scholarships for Güttengarden Art Camp. If your family is interested in financial assistance, please complete the contact form below and we will reach out as soon as we have updates. Scholarships will be limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If a scholarship is awarded, families must register and purchase the week at full tuition and the approved amount will be refunded after the camp week is completed.
